What it does

Small moments of awareness can change the shape of a day.

MyWellMate helps you pause, notice what is going on and try a small supportive action. It brings the useful parts of everyday wellbeing support into one place, without pretending to diagnose or treat.

  • Daily check-ins

Note how you feel across mood, stress, sleep and energy in a few taps, and notice patterns earlier.

  • Guided breathing

Timed sessions with techniques such as box breathing, 4-7-8 and Deep Calm, for when you need to reset.

  • Gentle habits

Choose small habits that fit real life, from water and walking to reading, sleep and gratitude.

  • Private journaling

A quiet place to write things down and reflect, kept private to you.

  • Trusted learning

Clear routes to reliable public guidance, so good information is never far away.

  • Your app, your way

Choose English or Cymraeg, light or dark, and switch reminders on only if you want them.
