Each of our apps has its own privacy information, linked from that app’s page:

• Domnia: Domnia privacy policy.
• MyWellMate and HYVOI: privacy information is available in the app and on request.
• Rich World: Rich World privacy policy.

No cookies, analytics or tracking

This website does not set cookies, and it does not use analytics, advertising or tracking tools. There are no forms on the site; we do not ask you for any personal information.

Hosting

The site is hosted and delivered by Cloudflare. To deliver pages and protect the site from abuse, Cloudflare processes technical information such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested. This is handled under Cloudflare’s own privacy policy.

Fonts

Our typefaces are loaded from Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com). When your browser downloads them, Google receives your IP address and basic browser information, as with any web request. Google states that Google Fonts does not use cookies.

Links to other sites

We link to app stores, NHS and other trusted resources. Those sites have their own privacy policies, which apply once you leave this website.

If you email us

If you contact us by email, we use your email address and message only to reply and to deal with your enquiry. We keep correspondence only for as long as we need it.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you can ask to see, correct or delete personal information we hold about you, and you can object to how it is used. Email info@mywellmate.com. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
